youth @ first

The First ARP Youth Group exists to provide opportunities for middle school and high school students from the church and from the community.   We seek to develop and nurture a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through evangelism, fellowship, ministry, and discipleship for the glory of God.

Mission:

We exist to reach students with the gospel, grow disciples, and send them out to make disciples.

  • Sunday School

Join us on the 2nd floor of Robinson Hall from 10:00-10:45 on Sunday mornings. We'll be studying the Bible and how to apply it to our own lives. The Sunday School class is for middle school and high school students. The class is taught by a rotation of Cole McKinney, Eric Madsen, Elijah Hoyer, and Michael and Sarah Neece. We are currently working through a study of "The Gospel of John 1-10", part of the "So What?" curriculum series.

Bonclarken...a home away from home... Nothing is more beautiful than spending time in the great mountains of Hendersonville, NC with a bunch of friends and learning from God's Word. Both middle school and high school students get the Bonclarken experience each Spring and Fall, and have the opportunity to spend a whole week in the summer. Horizon, for high school students is the 2nd full week of June, followed by Quest (for middle school students) during the 3rd full week of June.
